Tecovas, a retailer dedicated to making “beautiful, top-quality western boots & accessories by hand and sell[ing] them directly to you at honest prices,” is opening a new store at Washington Avenue at 8th Street in Downtown Waco. The Tecovas Waco Grand Opening is happening this Friday, November 19.
