A “coming soon” sign is up at 2410 East Business 190 in Copperas Cove, formerly the site of Heart of Texas Federal Credit Union, announcing the coming construction of a new Dunkin’ Donuts location. According to the Copperas Cove Leader Press, the location will also include a Baskin’ Robbins.
