Pignettis Restaurant, one of Temple’s most popular Italian restaurants, is opening a second location just up IH 35 in Downtown Waco. According to reporting by the Waco Tribune-Herald, the new Waco restaurant will occupy the former Phoenix Ballroom on South 3rd Street. Judging by online reviews and social media buzz, many locals support the eatery’s self-description as a “delicious Italian restaurant with a vast selection of astounding wines.”
