S2A Modular, builder of the first electrically self-sustaining, custom luxury homes and commercial properties, is building a 100,000 s.f. manufacturing facility at 1619 Exchange Parkway in Waco. S2A’s Facebook page says they are “changing the way the world understands modular construction and creating new standards in design, speed, NetZero & Smart-Connected living.” The Waco facility will employ approximately 250 workers according to an article by Texas Real Estate Research Center.
