Hello Bello, the brand of baby and family care consumer products founded by Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard, is modernizing a 312,000 square foot diaper manufacturing and distribution center in Waco. Hello Bello will occupy the former Domtar Personal Care plant at 2101 Texas Central Parkway.
