Pivovar Waco, the new brewery, restaurant, bar, hotel, and bakery invited the community to “come in and get a sneak peek at [their] soft opening this week! Monday – Saturday 4pm – 9pm.” The restaurant, owned by a Czech investment group, features a menu focused on Czech food and brews. Pivovar Waco is located at 8th and Jackson Street in Downtown Waco.
