Mosaic Grill recently opened for business at 2608 N. Main Street in Belton, across from Walmart and next to the UPS store. While Mosaic’s Chef Hani is wowing the Central Texas foodie community with everything from well-crafted burgers to Cajun etouffee, the chef’s Mediterranean roots are evident in flavorful and artfully presented menu items like the hummus pictured above. Customers can dine-in to enjoy the atmosphere and self-pour beer and wine wall or enjoy the convenience of online ordering for carry-out or delivery.
