The Arcadia Theater, Sears Building, and Hawn Hotel, decaying historical buildings in Downtown Temple, will soon be restored to their former glory. Local NBC affiliate KCEN reports that a partnership between the city and Turner Behringer Realty is planning to renovate the structures. The project will include 57 apartments and over 30,000 SF of retail space.
