After a few months of introducing the Los Angeles, California area to real Southern cooking, the Shelby’s Food For The Soul food truck is back in Killeen, Texas. Shelby’s is celebrating their grand reopening today from 12:00 p.m. until they are sold out. The truck will be at 4524 WS Young Drive at East Stan Schlueter. Shelby’s serves “fresh, delicious southern comfort food made to perfection, from her soul to yours.”
