Narunya, the owner of Narunya’s Thai Food in Belton, is opening a ramen-focused restaurant next to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice at 254 Green Hollow Drive in Temple. According to a post on the newly-created Rockin’ Ramen Facebook page, Narunya started working toward mastering the art of making ramen back in 2019. She has traveled to Thailand for ramen-making classes and studied under a top ramen restaurateur in New York City. The restaurant plans to be open in December of 2021 or early 2022.
