The Residences at Lake Waco, a 90-unit multifamily housing development for seniors over 55, is nearing completion at 1550 West Highway 6, Waco, TX 76712. According to Senoirs Housing Business, the $15.2 million project will include 11 market-rate and 79 low-income housing tax credit units. Construction commenced in August 2020 and is expected to be complete in January 2022.
