Meeboon Thai Cuisine, the popular Central Texas food trailer, is opening a new brick and mortar restaurant in the former Rice Etc. building at 1521 Southwest H K Dodgen Loop, Temple, TX 76502. The food trailer has been sold, so the new brick and mortar will be the sole source for the authentic Thai cuisine that many of Meeboon Thai Cuisine’s Central Texas customers have come to crave. The restaurant opens for business tomorrow, Tuesday, November 9, 2021.
