El Patrón Taco Truck recently rolled into Belton and opened for business at 2218 Holland Road. The new food truck specializes in authentic “tacos y comida Mexicana.” Customers can order tacos, tortas, burritos, and gorditas stuffed with sada, pastor, chorizo, tripas, suadero, birra, buche, milanesa, or fajita d pollo. The truck’s menu also features burgers, fries, and hot dogs for customers who prefer North American fare. Fish and shrimp tacos are an El Patron specialty. Want breakfast? Breakfast tacos filled with egg, bean, potato, spam, chorizo, ham, spam, bacon, sausage, chicharron, nopalitos, and machado are available to start the day off right.
