Summer Moon Coffee, a chain of just over 30 coffee houses operating in Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas, is building a Belton, Texas location. The new coffee shop will be on Sparta Road, right across the street from Belton’s Walmart. Summer Moon was, “founded by closely-knit family and friends in Texas Hill Country [with] one goal in mind: to create a distinctive, out-of-this-world, experience that people drive across town for. An experience to be shared through coffee + atmospheres that inspire the warmth of cozy evenings under a summer moon.”
