Narunya, the owner of Narunya’s Thai Food in Belton, just opened Rockin’ Ramen next to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice at 254 Green Hollow Drive in Temple. Narunya started working toward mastering the art of making ramen back in 2019. She has traveled to Thailand for ramen-making classes and studied under a top ramen restaurateur in New York City.
