After years of opening many restaurants such as Di Campli’s Italian Ristorante, Taste by Kissing Tree, and serving as an executive chef and creator of many local menus you Central Texans, Chef Jose Flores has finally decided to open his own food truck: La Parrilla by Chef Jose.
Chef Jose’s new mobile eatery will feature appetizers like Pork Belly Tostones and Smoked Brisket Empanadas and entrees will include Grilled Picahna Steak, Mahi Mahi, and Tropical Shrimp & Grits.
