Summer Moon Coffee, home of famed oak roasted coffee and legendary sweet cream, announced today that it is hosting a Grand Opening Event on Saturday, January 29th at its newest coffee shop location in Belton, TX — a coffee trailer. Jack Ralston and his two daughters, McKenna Brumfield and McKenzie Fleming are the owners of the new store, which is located at 111 Sparta Rd, Belton, TX 76513.
“We fell in love with Summer Moon the moment we tasted it,” owner McKenna Brumfield said. “We believe Summer Moon coffee brings together communities, so we’re looking forward to bringing together & serving the Belton community.”
The Grand Opening Event begins at 7:00 am and winds down at noon. The first 50 guests in line can expect an exclusive Summer Moon swag bag, while all guests will be treated to free oak roasted coffee and moon milk samples (while supplies last). Mobile Moon Belton will also be offering a chance to win a year’s supply of coffee, along with exclusive discounts for all.
This coffee trailer will be the first of several Central Texas locations planned, the 35th location for Summer Moon in total, and the second coffee trailer in the family of shops (the original is located on Manchaca Rd. in Austin). The newest Mobile Moon location features online order ahead and outdoor seating.
Summer Moon roasts every batch of coffee beans in hand-built brick roasters, over seasoned Texas oak. The time-honored process used today was inspired by 19th-century coffee masters. They match their devotion to taste with the creation of a cozy, family atmosphere, made possible by friendly baristas. Their signature “Moon Milk®” sweet cream is one of their greatest attractions.
While the brand is entering the Central Texas market with a mobile concept, Summer Moon is planning to bring brick and mortar shops to the area as well according to Shayna Bane, the company’s CMO.
