Le’s Kitchen opens location on Baylor campus

Le’s Kitchen, a popular Waco food truck serving Vietnamese street food, has opened a brick-and-mortar location on the Baylor University Campus. Le’s took over the spot formerly occupied by Revolve Kitchen in the Bill Daniel Student Center. Students can stop in from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for a taste of Le’s Banh Mi (pictured), a house specialty featuring a crispy baguette filled with pork ham, Chinese sausage, fried egg, pickled vegetables, sliced jalapenos, cilantro, beef & pork pâté, and Vietnamese mayo.
