Gigi’s Fancy Fudge is coming to Downtown Waco. The locally-famous fudge maker’s confections will be on offer at the new Market on 8th, a gourmet food hall with covered, open-air seating, that is currently under construction near the Magnolia Silos in Downtown Waco. GiGi has been making fudge for family and friends for over 40 years. GiGis Fancy Fudge is made the old-fashioned way – by hand, one batch at a time. The company currently offers handmade, gourmet fudge in over 50 flavors.
