Gan Gan’s Chicken Shack recently opened for business at 121 W. Veterans Memorial Blvd., Harker Heights, TX 76548. Though the restaurant has only been open a short time, Gan Gan’s fried chicken, gizzards, Buffalo gizzards, sides, and customer service have been earning 5-star ratings and rave reviews on their Facebook page:
