Pokey O’s Waco reopens this month

Pokey O’s Waco, the popular ice cream and cookie food truck, is reopening this month. The business went “on pause” last February as a corporate job and family time took priority over the food truck for its former owners. Now, the business has been sold and the new owners plan to be satisfy’s Waco’s sweet tooth again by the end of the month.
