Summer Moon Coffee has plans to build locations in Harker Heights, Temple, and Hewitt. The popular Texas-based coffee shop chain recently opened a “Mobile Moon” coffee trailer location near Belton High School.
Summer Moon is known for oak roasted coffee and legendary sweet cream, Moon Milk. Every batch of Summer Moon coffee is roasted in handmade brick roasters, over seasoned oak, in Austin, Texas.
