After years of serving as an executive chef and creator of several popular Central Texas restaurants, Chef Jose Flores has finally opened his own food truck: La Parrilla by Chef Jose. The truck will be making its debut to the public in Park Meadows on Saturday, February 26.
Chef Jose’s new mobile features appetizers like Pork Belly Tostones and Smoked Brisket Empanadas and entrees will include Grilled Picahna Steak, Mahi Mahi, and Tropical Shrimp & Grits.
