Narunya, the owner of Narunya’s Thai Food in Belton, just opened Rockin’ Ramen next to Jeremiah’s Italian Ice at 254 Green Hollow Drive in Temple. Today, February 28, 2022. at 4:00p.m., the restaurant is having their ribbon cutting event.
Narunya started working toward mastering the art of making ramen back in 2019. She has traveled to Thailand for ramen-making classes and studied under a top ramen restaurateur in New York City.
