The Scoop is a brand new ice cream trailer that will soon be rolling onto Waco’s local food truck and event catering scene. The Scoop will feature premium ice creams made by Blue Bell. Wacoans Erin & Austin Montgomery and Kennedy Miller are the local entrepreneurs behind The Scoop.
