According to a City of Bellmead Facebook post, Papa Bear’s is building a new restaurant at 2211 New Dallas Highway. Papa Bear’s Restaurant and Catering closed its Waco location in December 2020 after over 20 years of serving Tex-Mex, burgers, and BBQ.
