Elliott’s Edibles, a bakery specializing in cookies, cakes, and treats will soon open for business in its first permanent retail location at 4215 N. Main Street in Belton, in front of HEB right next to Little Ceasar’s Pizza.

The business will occupy the spot that was formerly Dough Re Mi’s Belton location. The popular cookie dough business is still open at Union Hall and also sells dough nationwide online.
