Rocktop Outfitters – Tube & Kayak Rentals plans to open this June on top of the rock at Yettie Polk Park in Belton, Texas. The business will rent commercial-grade river tubes and kayaks for youths and adults. Rocktop will offer a shuttle service so tubers and kayakers can put in near UMHB.
