Kita-Ku, a restaurant specializing in authentic Japanese ramen, is now open at 1414-A East 6th Street in Belton. The new eatery’s soft opening was earlier this week on July 7. Kita-Ku’s founders also operate Bell Tokyo Ramen in Temple Mall.
