Rosati’s Pizza (Waco, TX), the chain that’s famous for signature Chicago-style pizzas, pastas, wings, salads, and sandwiches, is reopening the recently-shuttered location at 824 Hewitt Drive Waco, TX 76712. While a date has not been announced for the restaurant’s full reopening, trial runs are taking place under the new ownership. The shop offered carry-out pies this weekend from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
As one of the oldest surviving family pizza brands in the U.S., the Rosati name has been firmly established in the city of Chicago and its suburbs. Generations have grown up with the brand and continue to spread it to every corner of the country. Transplanted Chicagoans all over the map have helped bring their favorite pizzeria to 150+ locations across twenty states.
