Segovia Wine Bar recently announced via Facebook that they have secured a location in downtown Waco and plan to open soon. Based on this video, it appears the wine bar will be located near the Dr. Pepper Museum. In addition to an extensive selection of wines, the venue will feature tapas and light appetizers.
