Pignetti’s Restaurant, one of Temple’s most popular Italian restaurants, just opened a second location in Downtown Waco. The new Waco restaurant occupies the former Phoenix Ballroom on South 3rd Street. Judging by online reviews and social media buzz, many locals support the eatery’s self-description as a “delicious Italian restaurant with a vast selection of astounding wines.”
