The Toasted Yolk Cafe is under construction in Downtown Waco. The breakfast and brunch-focused chain’s Waco location will be located at 1725 Washington Avenue. According to reporting by the Waco Tribune, franchisees Jerry and Melissa Doerr have additional Central Texas locations in the works for Killeen and Temple.
