Firewater Liquor, a Woodway shop that bills itself “an iconic liquor store with an old world motif and a fun neighborly vibe,” is opening a new location between Downtown Waco and Baylor near 9th Street and South Jack Kultgen Expressway. The new shop is being finished out right behind a freestanding Mod Pizza location in the same commercial development.
