Haliburton’s Soul Food is now open for business at 1724 North 18th Street in Waco. The business was formerly located at 1500 Bosque Blvd. Haliburton’s is known for traditional soul food staples like barbecue, mac & cheese, collard greens, chitterlings, oxtails, and potato salad.
