Cassidy’s Grill, a popular Central Texas food trailer, has taken over Billy Bob’s Burgers Killeen location at 3921 Stan Schlueter Loop. The restaurant is currently serving the Billy Bob’s menu and the Cassidy’s menu. The location is open 11-4 Mon-Thu and 11-6 Fri-Sat. According to a Facebook post announcing the location, “extended hours and new signage [are] coming very soon.”
