The Buckle, a popular Baylor area bar complete with darts, pool, and sawdust floors, recently obtained permits to build a second location in China Spring. The Buckle will be 2914 square feet with a capacity for just over 100 staff and patrons. The new bar is being built at 10214 China Spring Road, Suite 2, Waco TX 76708.
