Masfajitas, a Caldwell, Texas-based chain of six full-service Mexican restaurants, is building its seventh location at 1902 SW H K Dodgen Loop in Temple.
The newest Masfajitas location is being finished out in the spot next to Applebee’s which was formerly Yank Sing Chinese Buffet.
With their “from-scratch, Tex-Mex-inspired dishes and house-made margaritas,” Masfajitas works to “create a fun atmosphere to enjoy delicious food and drinks with friends and family.”
