Early Light Creperie just created its social media presence and announced an April 2023 targeted opening date. The new creperie will be located in The Katy, a historic building in Downtown Belton that was originally a grain storage warehouse for the MK&T Depot. Both the Katy and the MK&T Depot are being redeveloped as a retail shopping center.
