Lounge 93, a kitchen and cocktail bar, recently opened at 5401 Crosslake Parkway, Suite 400, in Waco’s Legends Crossing commercial development at Loop 340 and IH 35. The new upscale bar and restaurant started out with limited hours and a limited menu. Until now, the restaurant has only been open for dinner. Starting this week, Lounge 93 is opening its lunch service. Following is a sampling of Lounge 93’s lunch offerings.
Owners Kelda and Donny Stanley and Sean and Stefanie Medlin have all been best friends since 1993. When they decided to open a cocktail lounge and restaurant in their hometown of Waco, they called it Lounge 93 for the year the two local couples became a foursome of best friends.
In addition to craft cocktails and a wine list that veers toward the higher end, the lounge also stocks a selection of bourbon and fine cigars. While the cigars cannot be smoked indoors, a patio overlooking the small lake in Legends Crossing is in the works for spring. If you’re looking for a private dining or meeting room, Lounge 93 has an intimate space that can accommodate groups of up to 16 guests.
