Cindie’s, a lingerie store chain with locations in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Alaska, is set to open its newest store in Harker Heights. The 4,798 square-foot store is currently under construction at 101 East Central Texas Expressway, according to TDLR records. Renovations to the existing structure where Cindie’s will be located are estimated to cost around $300,000.
