Vehicle accessory retailer, Pickup Outfitters, is set to relocate to a larger location in Waco. For the past 25 years, Pickup Outfitters has operated from its current location at 220 Lake Air Drive. However, the new location offers more space, with 8,538 square feet and a larger parking lot, compared to the current location’s 5,500 square feet. The new location at 4535 W. Waco Drive was purchased and will be remodeled to accommodate the business’ needs. The renovation, including the leased premises and attached metal building, is estimated to cost $1,025,000 and scheduled for completion on May 1, 2024. The store’s new location is adjacent to Ritchie’s Western Wear, a current tenant of the building at 4533 W Waco Drive.
