Another coffee shop is coming to Waco. Scooter’s Coffee is being built at 1317 S Valley Mills Dr., Waco, TX 76711 according to TDLR records. The chain has been “brewing up delicious brewed coffee, Espresso Blenders, smoothies and pastries since ’98.” At the start of 2023, the company and its franchisees had 557 stores across 28 states.
