Chicken Salad Chick coming to 31st & Scott Blvd. in Temple

Chicken salad lovers to rejoice! Chicken Salad Chick is coming to the northwest corner of of S. 31st St. & Scott Boulevard. According to TDLR, the new restaurant is 2,872 square-foot restaurant ins a $1.3 million project being build new from the ground up.

In fact, Chicken Salad Chick has two new Central Texas stores in the pipeline. Franchisees Austin Young and Sara Ingram, owners of the Waco location, are currently developing restaurants in both Killeen and Temple according to a press release by the franchisor about the brand’s growth in Texas.

Chicken Salad Chick has “taken this Southern favorite to a whole new level with 12 flavors of chicken salad served from the heart.” They make chicken salad by hand every morning with premium chicken tenderloin. Their recipes are crafted with the “perfect combination of sweet and savory ingredients and [a] secret blend of spices and seasoning.” Beyond chicken salad, the restaurant’s fans love their fresh side items, our homemade pimento cheese, gourmet soups & seasonal desserts.
