The name of the restaurant, La Bottega, is inspired by the Italian word for workshop or studio, where artists collaborate on projects or commissions. The concept of the restaurant is expected to be a reflection of this.
The new restaurant will be located in a 2,684 square foot space, which was previously vacant.
