StayAPT Suites has announced plans to construct a new extended-stay hotel in Waco, TX, starting on March 1, 2023, and with an estimated completion date of May 1, 2024. The 46,000 square-foot facility, located at 2340 Creekview Drive in McLennan County, will offer apartment-style accommodations designed to cater to business, relocation, and leisure travelers.
Each suite at StayAPT Suites will feature a full-size kitchen with full-size appliances, a dedicated living room, and a separate bedroom. The living room will be the ideal place to relax after a long day, featuring a sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and a 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV. The full-size, eat-in kitchen will have a four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, and a large center island with seating. The separate bedroom will offer a comfortable king or double queen bed, a second large smart TV, and a spacious desk and desk chair.
The hotel will also feature a secure outdoor courtyard with natural greenery, soft seating, a built-in grill station, and a fire pit, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. On-site laundry and fitness facilities will be available, equipped with essential exercise equipment and offering 24/7 access to washers and dryers.
