In 2022, 106 new dining options opened for business in Waco-Temple-Killeen. The growth in culinary options for our region has continues as Central Texas is seeing a flurry of new food and beverage businesses in 2023. With 27 new eateries already opened since the start of the year, the region is proving to be a hotbed for culinary creativity. From Latin cuisine at 100×35 to BBQ at Band of Brothers and seafood at Yummy Crab, there is something for everyone. Other notable openings include coffee shops Atrium Coffee Co. and Be Kind Coffee, as well as dessert destinations like Jeremiah’s Italian Ice and Warm Cookie Co.
