Capital Farm Credit, a member-owned lending cooperative, has announced plans to build a new office and business center in Hewitt, Texas. The facility, named Capital Farm Credit-Hewitt, will be located at I-35 & Alliance and cover 5,700 square feet.
The scope of work for the $2.5 million project includes new site amenities as well as construction of the office and business center. The project is expected to be completed by November 1, 2023.
Capital Farm Credit has been serving agriculture and rural Texas since 1916, providing loans for farms, ranches, recreational property, rural homes, livestock, agribusiness, farm equipment, agriculture production, and operating capital. The new facility in Hewitt will further expand their presence in the region.
