The Cottonwood Creek mixed-use development in McLennan County is set to welcome a new extended-stay hotel. Woodspring Suites, a national hotel chain, has begun construction on a new facility located at 2320 Creekview Drive. The project, which began on March 1st, 2023, is estimated to cost $8.7 million and is expected to be completed by May 1st, 2024.
