Earlier this year Central Texas Reporter broke the news locally that Salad and Go, the fast-growing, 10-year-old chain of carryout salad establishments is coming to Waco, according to reporting by QSRMagazine.com. Additional information has now been obtained from TDLR about the restaurant’s exact location in the Waco area: 600 Hewitt Drive.
Salad and Go believes “that by making nutritious, incredibly fresh and chef-curated food convenient and affordable, [they] can nourish the world, one meal at a time. Salad and Go offers a menu full of made-to-order breakfast burritos, salads, wraps and house-made drinks all created with ingredients fresh from the source with no added preservatives. “But, it’s not all about the food, we also challenge ourselves and our local store teams to give back to our communities through national and local partnerships.”
